The people working here were wonderful. I checked out at 4am, and they prepared breakfast boxes for me to take along. Breakfast was laid out for guests each morning, and every afternoon they cleaned the bathroom and neatly made the beds. It’s a handy location if you’re driving, and I passed through several times between destinations to use the restroom. Great restaurants are also within walking distance. One caution for anyone in a cave room: be careful around the walls with valuables. I reached under the bed for my phone and accidentally scraped its surface against the wall, scratching the screen protector.

We loved the staff, both at reception and breakfast. They were warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. Since we had to leave early on our last day, they prepared a breakfast box for us. Our room was spacious, lovely, and clean, with a city view and views of sunrise and hot air balloons. It was refreshed daily, and the bed and roomy bathroom were comfortable. Breakfast had a generous range of sweet and savory foods and drinks, including soup each day, and they made whatever eggs we requested. The location is close to the city center. The Saksagan Hotel exceeded what we expected, and we’re grateful for such a wonderful stay. 😊

Ozan and Ali were especially kind and professional, and the whole staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well kept. You can see the care they put into keeping the rooms and shared areas comfortable and hygienic. It’s a beautiful, welcoming place where I felt looked after, and I’d recommend it for quality and comfort.

Eda at reception arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel within an hour on a Saturday after I fell ill just before arriving in Cappadocia. Her kindness and professionalism helped me get back on my feet quickly, so I could enjoy the rest of our trip. My family and I stayed three days in a family quadruple room. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Cappadocia and within walking distance of historic sites and charming local restaurants. The staff made the stay feel warm and caring, and I’d recommend the hotel to others visiting. We’d gladly return.

Hatice at reception helped us with our travel throughout Cappadocia, including rebooking our hot air balloon after ours was cancelled. She was wonderful and went out of her way for us. The cave rooms are dreamy and feel made for a romantic trip. We stayed in one with a jacuzzi and loved it. There’s complimentary buffet breakfast with lots of delicious options. You can also arrange car and bike bookings and day trips here at a good price. The city center is 250m away on foot, with restaurants, ATMs, and operators nearby. This was the best stay I’ve had so far. ❤️
