The welcome from the owners was great right from the moment we walked in, and the owners and staff kept making us feel at home throughout our stay. Breakfast was already the best I’ve had so far, and the staff checked several times whether we wanted anything else. They really meant it when they said they could make whatever we wanted. The hotel was brand new and spotless, with everything we needed, a fantastic view, and private parking. Its central location made it easy to explore, and the owners’ daughter did a great job with the design. I’d recommend it to anyone and will definitely come back.

We came here for the Bayram holiday and found a friendly, positive atmosphere throughout. The service, quality, cleanliness, and warm smiles were all great. The owners were very helpful with everything.

The beaches and shores nearby were beautiful, and Mr. Süleyman gave us detailed tips about the island and where to go. Mr. Murat also thoughtfully treated us to coffee. We spent two nights here starting June 15th and were very pleased. The garden was lovely, the view was fantastic, the breakfast delicious, and everything was exceptionally clean. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Hello. When I arrived in the morning, they didn’t invite me in for breakfast. I had to insist before they let me in, and then the gentleman said again that I wouldn’t eat there on the day I arrived. It felt very disrespectful. I won’t choose this place again.

The buffet had a good variety, tasted great, and changed its selection each day. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel’s large garden and elevated spot gave it fresh air and lovely views. It’s also very close to the center while remaining quiet. We looked at many hotels before settling on Porta Trakis Hotel, and were glad we did. Thanks to Ms. Emel, her husband Mr. Murat at reception, and all the kitchen and hotel staff for their warm smiles and hospitality.
