Reset Resort-Göcek

The fresh food was a highlight. Vegetables came from the garden and the eggs from their chickens. We were on a bed and breakfast plan, but the other meals cost about what we'd expect at restaurants in Göcek, and the quality was exceptional. The bungalows sit in a lush, green setting among the mountains, about 500 meters above sea level. There was a steady breeze and a cool feel that made it easy to enjoy nature even in the summer heat. Some bungalows have private pools, which made for a peaceful, secluded stay. The rooms were spotless and well kept. It was hard to leave. We're already arranging to come back next year with friends. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel at home. Mr. was so genuine and warm, Ms. Türkan was incredibly helpful and attentive to details, and Mr. Yigit always greeted us with a cheerful smile. Their kindness made a great holiday feel perfect.

The only real drawback was the mountain road to the hotel, which is a bit rough. Still, a view like this probably couldn't be had in the city center. The place looks just like its photos and videos, and being surrounded by nature made it easy to switch off. We were four, staying two nights in a Lemon Bungalow with our babies. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with shampoo, shower gel, towels, disposable slippers, and more. The air conditioning worked properly. The garden and pool were clean and very quiet, and from the window we could see that the kitchen was tidy too. Breakfast was organic and enough for us, and the omelet was fantastic. The owner and staff were attentive and friendly. Everyone, from housekeeping and garden maintenance to the kitchen team, smiled when they saw us, which made us feel comfortable. Dinner costs extra, but it was delicious and worth the price. We had the fish menu one night and meatballs the next, and enjoyed both.

We felt safe enough to leave the doors unlocked when we went out in the evenings. The calm, nature-filled surroundings made for a lovely family holiday, and the place matched the Instagram photos. The rooms were clean, and breakfast brought garden produce to the table. Ms. Türkan greeted us with a smile and kindness, Mr. Olcay treated us like old friends rather than just guests, and all the staff were lovely. We had a perfect vacation and plan to come back next year without looking elsewhere. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.
