Mood Beach Hotel

There’s no way to describe how bad this place was. The rooms were dirty, the beds uncomfortable, and there was just one bedsheet, which wasn’t fitted properly and moved all over when you lay down. The bathroom was awful too. Water didn’t drain when we showered, so it flooded. The online description had little to do with reality. They advertised a pool, but it was out of use for months and covered in rubbish. The internet didn’t work, and staff were rude and unhelpful. Don’t waste your money. Pay a little extra so you won’t be disappointed, and especially don’t go with kids. I also wouldn’t book through etstur. I emailed to say the hotel’s description didn’t match what we found, and they replied that it was graded very good, so guests must be happy. Their customer service was terrible and they didn’t help.

The food at the hotel is very basic and bad, and I think the rooms are small. The balconies are messy and dirty. If you want a cheap hotel, you could choose this one because it’s about a five-minute walk from the beach.

It’s a clean, budget hotel near the seaside, and the staff are always helpful. Breakfast is very simple, not the best. Their warning not to bring outside food and drinks into the hotel makes no sense, especially for a seaside place. There are markets nearby.

The food is pretty basic and not good, in my opinion. The owner and staff also came across as a little rude, and we never got a smile from them. If you want somewhere more comfortable and polite, you'll need to look for another hotel.
