The view and location were lovely, and the service was friendly. We visited for two days at the end of the season, and the generous breakfast, treats, and thoughtful attention made everything feel perfect. It’s a wonderful choice if you’re after peace and quiet. Many thanks to Mr. Suat 🌺

The owners were friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was good, though I wish there had been a hot option besides an omelet. The bathrooms, shower, and sinks were grimy. It’s set well back from the Burhaniye-Ayvalık road and felt more like a guesthouse than a hotel. We went down to the beach but didn’t swim, as the water may be challenging for non-swimmers. It could be nice to sit there in the evening. Parking is difficult to find.

The view from our room was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed the meal and breakfast overlooking it. The hotel is in a resort with a beach right out front, plus changing rooms, showers, and a restaurant. We felt more like guests at a friend’s home than hotel visitors, and were very pleased. We found the place by chance on Google Maps and hadn’t expected it to be so lovely. The location, cleanliness, view, and Mr. Suat’s hospitality were all excellent. We hope to come back. :)

The friendliness was there, and they even looked after my daughter, but that couldn’t make up for the stay. We went with high hopes and left disappointed. We paid to stay three nights, yet after we reported how dirty and dusty the rooms were, nobody came to clean them. The rooms were neglected, the bed sagged, the pillows felt like paper, and the supposed child’s bed was a rock-hard sofa she couldn’t sleep on. Mosquitoes bit us all over, and the itching kept us awake. Breakfast was the same every day, mostly just eggs, with no variety, so we went hungry. That’s not acceptable for a business, especially when guests are paying. I hope they change things, because otherwise people won’t return.
