We had no hassles at all during our time in Goreme, and the team even helped us arrange shuttles. The rooftop dining area was a favorite, and the reception staff were fun and welcoming. Habi, I think that was his name, was especially great to chat with. The rooms were lovely, housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast was phenomenal. Bedrock is a fantastic value, right in town just a few meters from the main road. Highly recommended!

The terrace was gorgeous for watching the balloons, and there was even a hotel cat called Hercules. Our cave room was huge and beautiful, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Hami deserves a special mention for being the absolute best. This was a fantastic stay and one of my favorite hotels in the world.

Breakfast was very good, though starting at 8:30am felt a little late when we had morning tours to get ready for. The hotel's central spot gave us views across the whole landscape, and from its terrace, higher than the other hotels in town, we could enjoy the panorama and the balloons. I really enjoyed my stay.

I asked to move into one of the two other available rooms, but the owners refused. The room had no air conditioning or ventilation and smelled damp and moldy, while cigarette smoke from reception reached the hotel. I had an asthma attack and had to go out to find an on-call doctor. On my three-week road trip, this was by far the worst experience. Horrible, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Had a great stay. The staff were really friendly, the breakfast was superb, and the location was great. Would definitely recommend it.
