Budak Home

The host was prompt with replies and came over to show us how to use the washer. She also put up the manual dryer, which was broken, and acknowledged she needed to buy a new one. The area is nice, and everything is about a five-minute walk away. The apartment needs a lot of maintenance. The kitchen sink was blocked and drained very slowly, even when we washed just one dish. Water leaked from the fridge onto the floor in front of the kitchen door, so it was easy to slip. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut, and we had to prop a chair against it. The toilet flush didn't work, so we fixed it ourselves. On our last day, the master bedroom light flickered and stopped working. We also found fake nails in the master bedroom closet. With the calendar apparently full, the cleaning should be top-notch. The location was the only good part, though it's a nice place to stay once the maintenance is sorted. If it's booked so often, they should put more effort into customer care instead of just making easy money.
