The staff were wonderful with our kids, who loved playing with them, and they were also great for local advice. They helped us choose activities, tours, and places for genuine local food, including spots in the neighborhood that weren't just highly rated online. Tour and spa services felt reliable and high quality, with pickup and drop-off at reception and payment after the tour. Our luxury cave suite looked out over the city, and we could watch the balloons from the windows or from the terrace chairs. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel had everything we expected. We had an unforgettable stay in Göreme.

Watching the hot air balloons from the rooftop in the morning made the stay especially memorable. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and was excellent. From when we got off the bus until checkout, the staff were welcoming and so helpful. I’d definitely stay again if I return to Cappadocia, and recommend it to friends.

The breakfast had a great range of tasty things, and the hotel was a peaceful place to come back to. It’s quiet but still very central, so getting to the main attractions was easy. The staff at Secret Hill Hotel were kind and ready to help with whatever we needed, and made us feel at home right away. We had a really memorable stay in Cappadocia, and I’d happily recommend it.

Set away from the main cluster of hotels, it was still easy to get into town. The staff were polite and very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was generous with plenty of variety. Our room was clean and well cared for, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

The complimentary buffet breakfast was lovely, with different things each day, and the location worked perfectly for our stay. Arif and llayda were especially kind and welcoming. They helped us throughout and made us feel at home. I’d highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Goreme. Thanks again for the hospitality, Arif and llayda.
