The two ladies in the kitchen went out of their way on our last morning. We had to leave at 7:00 AM, before breakfast normally starts at 8:30, but they insisted on coming in early to prepare something for us. That kind of care made this four-night stay at the family-run boutique hotel feel special. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and our room was set up and cleaned every day, with supplies regularly replenished. The staff were genuinely caring and did far more than we expected. It’s rare to find such heartfelt hospitality. Katapa Stone House felt like home, and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was modest, with a nice traditional Turkish feel, and there was more than enough. Even in winter, when it was below freezing outside, the heating kept me comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. My room was stylish, with a few ornaments, paintings, and a carpet, and both it and the bathroom were very clean. I had a very satisfying three-day stay and would love to come back to Cappadocia and stay here again.

The terrace had a wonderful view of the balloons, and breakfast came with lots of good things to eat. Our room was quiet, clean, and nicely furnished. Mert at reception was such a gem, really kind and helpful. We spent three nights at Kapata hotel, a lovely little stone place that’s clean and well kept. We’ll be back.

They even helped translate something for a taxi driver when we couldn’t understand each other. The customer service is AMAZING, everyone was so nice and went out of their way to make the experience better. Amazing people, 10/10 ✨💕

Breakfast was fine, and the room was okay. You can see the hot air balloons from the balcony, and the launch spot is very close, only about a five-minute walk.
