Roc Of Cappadocia

Our arched room with a terrace felt like a little oasis, with flowers, vines, and a stunning view of Goreme. It was such a beautiful space in a great spot, just two minutes from town but tucked away from the noise. Breakfast was delicious, and the kind staff helped us book all our activities. Highly recommend!

The family-run hotel has a lovely local warmth, and you can tell the team really cares about hospitality. They were responsive, welcoming, and took care of booking all our tours, so the whole trip felt stress-free. We had a spacious room with gorgeous views and soft sheets that made it extra cozy after long days exploring Cappadocia. Great comfort and charm, I’d highly recommend it.

For the price, this was good value compared with similar places in Goreme. It’s close to the center, main street, and a popular viewpoint, with another well-known viewpoint about a 15-minute walk uphill from the hotel. The view is amazing. Our spacious room had comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning for heating or cooling, good lighting, a fridge, hairdryer, and more. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was pretty good, though it was the same each day and had fewer choices when occupancy was low. The coffee and milk could be better. Noise was the main problem: you could hear staff washing the ground, room changes, and guests talking as though it were happening in your room, which made it hard to rest. We were there in April, and the terraces looked a little neglected compared with the hotel’s official photos. We also had one evening without hot water. Even so, I’m giving it five stars and do recommend it. :)

The staff and their care were the best part, always ready to help make each day better. The hotel is close to everything, and the terraces were great for watching balloons, having coffee, or taking in the landscape. We visited off-season, so the terrace decorations weren’t fully set up yet. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and filling, though I’d add a bit more variety. Don’t hesitate to book if you want a wonderful vacation. The only hard part was having to leave!
