Kamkat Otel

The one thing I’ll remember fondly is sitting in the garden at night and looking at the stars. The rest of the stay was awful. We were misled by the reviews, and this was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Everything was dirty and moldy, the furniture looked bad, and the bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. The room smelled of old furniture, mold, and not being cleaned properly. There were no blankets when we arrived. They eventually gave us something like a blanket after the first night, but it had no cover. The toilet smelled disgustingly bad, likely due to a sewage problem, so we had to keep its door shut or the room was impossible to stay in. Returning at night didn’t feel safe either.

I’ve visited this hotel many times and find it one of the loveliest places for comfort and enjoyment. The garden is wonderful, the sea is right beside you, and both the rooms and garden are clean.

Kamkat Otel was a really friendly, quiet place, with a great garden. Booking was handled quickly, and they sorted out my late night check-in.

This place is a money grab. The owner had no ethics and will keep your money. Stay away.
