Karmir Resort & SPA Hotel

We usually feel ready to go home after a week, but after 10 days at Karmir Resort and Spa, we didn’t want to leave. The hotel is immaculate inside and out, and the pool and surrounding areas are constantly kept up. We had no hygiene issues. The rooms were nice and exceptionally clean, and Turkan’s daily turndowns were great. She went above and beyond with towel art using our glasses and tanning creams, which made us laugh. If you wanted a long lie, Turban would even come back later for a quick room turndown. Bavli, you’re an amazing person, so kind and informative. The multilingual entertainment team welcomed everyone and offered a full daily program for people to join. Onur, your team is fabulous. The food was great, so there was no need to eat out. We usually like a few local nights, but the nearby restaurants were under par. The themed nights brought different cuisines, with seriously decent food and plenty of salad, grilled meat and fish, stews, and delicious dolmas. I’m picky, and my partner is part Arabic, loves cooking, and knows his food, but we both enjoyed it. The bar staff always kept us supplied and had genuine smiles. We love you all, and thanks, Karmir, for making our holiday so wonderful!

The pool water was really clean, and we had great quality food all week. Onur and the entertainment team were brilliant, made us laugh so many times, and took us to the club on a few nights out. Highly recommend!

The waiters were perfect, and the whole stay was great. The only uncomfortable moment was when a man at reception refused to speak German and would only speak English, Turkish, or Russian. I got the impression that 85% of guests were Russian and Ukrainian, and that those languages predominated.

I love this place, it’s amazing, and the entertainment team, staff, and polite bartenders are great. They even called my mom “madam,” which you don’t hear many people say these days. The staff don’t speak much English, though. Once, while I was alone in my room, a cleaner knocked, then used her room card to come in. I told her she had to wait, but she said no and started cleaning, so we almost missed lunch. It’s expensive, but worth it. Come here!
