This is specifically about the resort spa. It was spotless and uncrowded, with a clean hamam room, three saunas, an indoor pool, and a gym. I had five low back massage sessions with Ismail and don’t regret it. He used some quite new techniques and took a different approach to my old chronic lower back problem. I felt much more revitalized and pain-free afterward. If you have spine problems, please visit. You won’t regret it. Thank you, Ismail and staff.

The pool area and beach were amazing, and the evening entertainment made the holiday even more fun. Our rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable. The staff always had a smile and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us. We’d love to come back next year.

The grounds were huge, cozy, and beautiful. Flowers were neatly trimmed, the tents all felt harmonious, and the activity areas were arranged without getting in each other’s way. The food was a masterpiece: a different theme at each dinner, everything fresh and interesting, and the presentation was lovely. Our rooms were always cleaned thoroughly. The air conditioner was awesome. Just be aware there’s no hair conditioner, though that’s a small thing. The animation team were the loveliest people, kind, smart, capable, cheerful, and fun to be around. Katya is sunny and sweet, always helping and drawing people into activities in a way that makes you want to join. Anya’s dancing is mind-blowing; you want to keep up with her, but watching her is so mesmerizing you just freeze. Jan is clearly a master at what he does, always supportive and cheering you up. I wish there were more people like him. The rest of the team were great too. We were there for 10 days with family and came away with only good impressions. I recommend the hotel and hope to visit again someday.

After 14 nights, we came away with excellent impressions. The room was spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view, and housekeeping did a thorough job every day. The staff were polite and always ready to help. Breakfast was hard to beat, with lots of fresh, tasty dishes to choose from. The pool, SPA area, and gym were all excellent, and the high level of service came through everywhere. I definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful family holiday. The food was quite varied, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout. We’re definitely thinking about coming back, and Ms. Anya from the animation team was the best.
