The green grounds are incredibly beautiful, full of trees, and the place has its own charm and vibe. The hotel is really good and aesthetic. Staff were helpful and always ready to sort out any problems. The food was delicious, with whatever meals you wanted available. There are a few small drawbacks, but the beauty of the place and its many advantages more than make up for them. I’d like to come back again.

The sea was full of garbage by the afternoon, and the hotel seemed to prioritize Russian guests, who made up about 90% of the clientele. Our room might be a dark, smelly hole with no window, and the air conditioning might stink like wrung-out wet rags. Even under the ultra all-inclusive package, the minibar won’t be restocked even once. If none of that bothers you, by all means visit. This hotel definitely doesn’t deserve five stars.

The food was very good, with lots of tasty choices, and the client service staff were very kind and really tried to help us and improve things. That wasn’t the reception, though. Service there was terrible, and nobody would help, especially the main manager Elena. The rooms were in terrible condition, very old and DIRTY! This is nowhere near a 5-star hotel, or even a 4-star one. Be prepared to pay a lot for a holiday without basic comforts for sleeping or showering. I won’t come back.

The staff were excellent and helpful, and the kids enjoyed the mini disco and ice creams. Cocktails were really good and available all day at the bar and beach. The beach was nice, but it isn’t sandy, and the rocks and stones in the water are really slippery and dangerous. We stayed for a week recently and it was OK overall. Someone took our drinks from the fridge twice. We had the do not disturb sign up and hadn’t had the room cleaned all week, but we caught a cleaner in there both times. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, even on full blast. Food wasn’t terrible, just the same every morning, and lunch and dinner were more or less the same each day.
