The staff didn’t seem concerned about our complaints and made no effort to fix anything. We were also given misleading information about the location: we were told the beach was 600 meters away, which simply isn’t true. Our stay fell far short of expectations. The rooms were dark and had a persistent unpleasant smell, and we noticed signs that rodents or animals had been there. The balcony window wouldn’t close properly, creating a serious security risk because someone could get into the room. If you want a safe, relaxing holiday, I strongly advise against staying here.

We had a really good time and hope to come back. There were activities through the day and entertainment in the evenings, and the food was fresh, good quality, and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. Some people complain about the location, but being a short bus ride from the main town is part of what makes it a properly relaxing holiday.

This was our second year here and we love it. The food was amazing and the staff were so nice. We had booked the wrong room option by mistake, but after a friendly conversation Yusuf helped us upgrade to a honeymoon suite for a very small extra charge.

The view is beautiful, with palms and flowers all around, and we loved the location and the staff. The restaurant team worked incredibly hard, apparently doing 16-hour shifts every day, and the bar staff were great too. We also enjoyed the facilities, especially the spa. The pools could be lovely if they were cleaner. The biggest issue was hygiene. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the bathrooms in particular needed attention: yellow toilets and limescale that seem like they could be dealt with using bleach and a brush. Whenever we saw the cleaners, they were smoking and on their phones. With the pandemic having happened recently, I feel management should take cleanliness seriously. The place has a lot of potential, but we wouldn't return despite the setting and staff. If it were clean, it could be five star.

The beach was lovely, with clear water and a grassy area where the free sunbeds and umbrellas were set out. The beach bar served drinks and snacks from 9 to 18h. We also had a great view of the sea and an amazing sunset from the swimming pools. My family and I spent 10 days here. My room was cleaned and the towels changed daily, and there was valet parking, so we just handed over the car keys. The food was delicious and served in huge portions. The entertainment team put on parties every night, plus a party for the children that they were really happy with. Greetings to Kadir and the other two guys on the team! My wife and I also enjoyed the full spa treatment, including the Turkish bath, sauna, massage, and face mask.
