We arrived late in the evening after booking just three days earlier, and the apartment hadn't been cleaned properly. We were staying for three days. When we raised it with the hosts the next day, they offered to send a cleaner, but by then we were tired from the journey and didn't want to wait outside while someone came in. Given the general state of cleanliness, we wouldn't have felt comfortable with that anyway. My wife is very careful about hygiene, so she spent time cleaning and trying to make the place comfortable. We'd driven more than three hours from Antalya to Kaş. The apartment key had been left in the door, not locked away. My wife wanted to shower, but there were long black hairs around the drain and on the bathroom floor by the toilet. There was no shampoo or shower gel, just a small hand soap at the basin, and an old used towel behind the bathroom door. The sheets were dirty, and neither the kitchen bench nor the dining table had been cleaned. After we wiped things down, our cloth was covered in dirt and dust. The fridge had no water, and old food had been left on the kitchen floor. We'd hoped to try their well-known breakfast restaurant, but after seeing the apartment's condition, we decided against it.

It felt cozy and like home, and we loved our stay. The employees were super friendly, too. We had breakfast at “Dogal Anne Eli”, which is 12 minutes from the suite and serves various kinds of food special to turkey. Definitely recommend it.

We spent three days at Kybele Suites in Kas, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff made check-in seamless and recommended local attractions that added to my experience of Kas.

We were eating at their restaurant Dogal Anne when we asked if they knew of anywhere to stay. Kybele Suites helped us out at the last minute, showed us the apartment, and we took it right away. Thanks for hosting us. It had everything we wanted and was very clean, with an iron, washing machine, Turkish coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and soft slippers. We did have electricity and water cuts during our stay, but those affected the whole town. The Kybele team kept checking in on WhatsApp to see if we needed anything. The views were great. Migros is a 7 minute walk away, and downtown is 27 minutes on foot. By bike, car, or taxi, it's less than 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it 🙏✨
