We arrived a week before the hotel closed for winter, so the restaurants and other services were scaled back, though still sufficient. The weather wasn't very welcoming as the season was ending, but the staff did their best to accommodate us. Front office manager Fatih and team members Özcan, Beytullah, and Ökkes were very helpful and service-oriented. A very good hotel and a very good stay.

I had a wonderful stay overall, with amazing views and outstanding service. My room was in the basement, though, so I couldn't see outside or open the windows. Breakfast could offer more international options and be better in general. The gym seemed neglected and was missing quite a lot of equipment. I'd still highly recommend the hotel.

The views from the grounds, pool, and beach deck were breathtaking, and the whole place has beautiful aesthetics. You'd need five days or more to explore its beauty. Breakfast was great, and the neat rooms smelled good and were cleaned every day. All the amenities are available on the premises, and it's a safe environment, with everything you need in one place. I loved it all and will definitely return with my hubby. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly. They let us check in early and even upgraded our room at no extra cost.

Our check-in got off to a slightly rough start, but the hotel management were great and upgraded us to a three-bedroom suite with sensational views. The family had a fab time, and those views were priceless and very luxurious. Thanks to Ozcan, Yasin, and Mr Hilal. The breakfast team were lovely too, and I had the best coffee in Bodrum every morning. Thanks again, folks.

The view was absolutely perfect, and our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff at Swissôtel Living were so welcoming and attentive throughout our visit, and made us feel truly cared for. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. We'd love to stay again!
