The staff were all very helpful, and we’d definitely come back. Our room was spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh bed linen and towels daily. It was spacious too, and the air conditioning was a big bonus. A couple of small repairs were needed to the bathroom tap and wardrobe door, but they were taken care of quickly. 👍

I travelled with my dad and son, and we all loved this lovely little place. The staff were really helpful, the rooms were cleaned often and the pool area was spot on. Everyone was very friendly.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars a short walk away. We also thought paying £25 to keep the room from noon until 6pm on checkout day was good value. The hotel is family run, and the staff work day and night, cooking, cleaning and entertaining guests. Around the pool it’s relaxed during the day, with cash bingo each afternoon, sports on TV and music at a reasonable volume. Rooms were cleaned six days out of seven, with fresh towels left. Wednesday’s barbecue was brilliant value at £20, with chicken, kebabs, lamb kofta, side dishes and Turkish mezes.

We had another fantastic week at the EFEM, our second visit in two years. There were seven of us, five adults, in two large rooms, each with a balcony. We had fresh towels every day and found the food very reasonably priced for icemeler. The place is clean and friendly, with a great pool and kids’ pool, sunbeds, entertainment and good food. It’s a 3 star hotel with water slides, amusements, a play park for kids, a pool table and a great restaurant. The team are so friendly, and you need to meet them before judging. I didn’t have a single issue with the room, staff, food, entertainment or cleanliness in either year. You see the cleaners working very hard every day, and they’re lovely, helpful ladies. Get to know mehmet ash salaman ichmeller and the chef abdula, they go well above and beyond. The owner is probably the friendliest guy you’ll ever meet. Real review, no nonsense. 💕 We loved it.
