The rooms were cozy and clean, and housekeeping came almost every day. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely tried to make our stay pleasant. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and the hotel itself isn't bad, but my mother and I came a long way for a vacation and left disappointed. We won't return. The food was the main problem. There wasn't much variety, and chicken breast was served every day. Apart from stewed vegetables, there was little else to eat. Vegetables left over from lunch were often served again in a casserole at dinner. The menu was poor and the food didn't taste good. Rice and potatoes were often undercooked, and fruit was scarce. Some wasn't fresh either. I saw an orange covered in mold that looked like it had been left out for days. Bottled water wasn't provided. You could get a glass of water only if you specifically asked, so I had to buy water from a shop, something I'd never had to do at a hotel before. In my opinion, this place doesn't deserve a 4 star rating. The owner's attempt to cut food costs was a huge mistake. It felt more like a bed and breakfast than a full board hotel.

The beach was nice, but the hotel was run down, the food was rubbish, and there was only a bar outside. There was no entertainment, and the pool was tiny and freezing. We booked all inclusive, got food poisoning, then spent over £1000 eating and drinking away from the hotel. Our room was dirty, there was no room service, and the TV didn't work. Everyone staying there seemed massively disappointed.

At Supreme Beach Hotel Içmeler, the staff were the highlight: friendly, helpful, and able to speak English, which made things convenient. The location was great, close to everything, and the private beach was just 2 minutes away. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The food tasted good, though it got a bit repetitive. Wi-Fi could have been stronger, and there was no iron. I used a nearby laundry instead, paid 450 lira for 7 items, and was very satisfied. Overall, I had a very good stay.

There were plenty of sunbeds by the pool, plus more on the beachfront, so no problems finding one. The hotel is a hidden gem in Ichmeler, well placed for the beach and amenities. Rooms are spacious and modern, and the service was excellent. The staff made my holiday, nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good and had plenty of choice for different nationalities. I'll definitely be back.

The pool and garden were lovely places to unwind, and the view and beach were great to enjoy. We had a great time here, with friendly, kind staff who were always ready to help. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks were delicious with lots of variety. Compliments to the chef, and the bartender was amazing too. The location was really good. We'd definitely recommend staying here and are planning to return next year.
