The bathroom was awful and unhygienic. There wasn't a shower cabin, so water ended up everywhere, and squeezing four people into that tiny shower area was a struggle. We were also four in a room meant for two, with no space to move or even put our suitcases. The sofa bed in the living room was rock hard, and after a week we came home with back pain. The furniture was very old, and the price they charged wasn't deserved at all. I kept seeing reviews saying the owner, Fatoş Hanım, was friendly. She may have smiled, but that didn't make our stay comfortable. They only left a tiny bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper, as if those were meant to last the whole stay. We seemed expected to buy everything ourselves, from soap and toilet paper to dish detergent and sponges. We spent our vacation shopping for household basics.

We're still here as a family of five, and the room and beds have been clean and adequate. They clean the room each day and take away the rubbish. The furnishings are old-fashioned, though clean. The pool is small but clean and perfectly adequate for an apartment stay, and the kids have enjoyed it. By the pool, the loungers are a peaceful place to cool off while listening to the crickets. The property is on a quiet, green street with no security issues, yet it's close to the beach and markets, so shopping is easy. Ms. Fatoş welcomed us warmly and has been a genuinely caring, excellent manager. I'll choose this place again when I come to Marmaris. Thanks and regards to Ms. Fatoş.

We were five in the family, but they made a bed from the couch and we ended up sleeping on the floor. I booked four days and said we might make it five, but I only stayed two. Look carefully at the photos and you'll find better ones. I was loading the car at five in the morning when I left. I spoke with other guests, and their response was, “Don't ask if you got bitten by mosquitoes too, we're finished.” The owner, Fatosh Hanım, says there aren't any. I have photos of mosquitoes inside the house and of the bites on the children.
