The surrounding landscape is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, but that’s about all I can say in the hotel’s favor. Our room was very dirty and didn’t even have basics like toilet paper or drinking water. There wasn’t any sense of hygiene, and no activities either. The activities were presented inaccurately: the ski slope wasn’t open, despite there being more than 15 of us. I really don’t understand all the positive reviews. I’m sorry, but even with kind staff, I can’t recommend this hotel.

My bike got VIP treatment, and there was a fun fireplace in the lobby. The rooms themselves were ordinary. I stayed in the off season, though, and there was no heat or hot water on the premises. Mr. Adil Can is clearly an authority figure with his staff. A tractor hauls skiers up to the slopes.

The warm atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff made the stay feel familiar, more like being somewhere we knew than being guests. The food was a highlight too: delicious, fresh, home-style meals that felt carefully prepared. The staff did their best to help with whatever we needed. We were very pleased with both the meals and the people at Ilgaz Nolana Hotel.

Our family had a great time, and we’ll definitely return. The hotel has its own beginner ski slope, which is a real advantage. Mr. Talha, the owner, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Thanks for everything, Ilgaz Nolana Hotel.

We had a wonderful winter holiday as a family and stayed here on 25/01/2026. Everyone was respectful, clean, and polite, and we felt comfortable and safe. Thank you.
