Breakfast and dinner were a real hit with us. The staff welcomed us warmly and were attentive and friendly throughout. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable in temperature, and the location is great. We were very pleased and would choose this hotel again if we return to Karsa. I definitely recommend it.

The food was relatively okay, and the staff tried to make things comfortable, even bringing space heaters in the shoulder season. The building is old and hasn't been renovated enough, though it served its purpose and was useful enough. Compared with other Kars hotels that seem overrated since tourism grew with the train connection, this place isn't so bad. Some locals may complain that it's not very central, but there's a nearby market open until late where you can buy what you need.

Just a basic two-star place for budget travelers. A place to arrive, sleep, then get back on the road.

I wouldn't choose it again if I can avoid it. The room was extremely tiny, with barely enough space for one person to turn around, and there were stains on the bathroom mirror.

Honestly, the hotel is great. The staff are good and the service is perfect.
