A small, simple hotel in the middle of the city. It's affordable and comfortable, and the staff are friendly.

For the price, this hotel offers great value. It has a nostalgic feel and a lovely location, and everything seems to have had more attention lately. I'd recommend it if you're coming to Kars.

The rooms are inexpensive, and the manager was friendly and accommodating. It's very well located, and everything else was great, though there was no air conditioning. My room was cold in April. Thanks for the hospitality.

We'd booked two nights but could only manage one because the stay was awful. The room was stuffy, damp, and very cold, and the old towels smelled bad. There were no disposable slippers, soap, or shower gel. Absolutely terrible.
