8/10
We had a strange issue with the shower. The rain-style head sprays water over the glass partition, which seems too low, and leaves the rest of the bathroom wet. The glass needs to be higher or the shower head lower. The room itself was quiet and clean, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast wasn't great, with no meat, like sausage. Dinner at the restaurant, though, was very good.

The buffet breakfast had plenty to choose from, with local and international flavors, and was served really well. Staff were lovely and ready to help with anything. The rooms are spacious and relaxing, clean enough, and have all the utilities you need. A great hotel in Kars, definitely worth it!

We had to cancel because the booking came with wrong information. After arriving in Kars by train after midnight, we found the place misleading and confusing. The hotel service was the worst, with nobody answering or replying. You should NOT STAY HERE.

It's neat and clean, and the hotel is good, though a little outside the city. The AC is tricky, but works well in the cold seasons.
