The bed was comfortable, and the morning view was lovely. Breakfast was a letdown, though: the fries were cold and the food didn’t seem fresh. When we arrived, nobody was at reception, so we had to call. The same happened at checkout, and we ended up leaving the key in the door. The AC also wasn’t cooling at first, and its remote didn’t work. Luckily, I found a spare remote at the reception desk.

The staff were welcoming and very accommodating, especially Ms. Havva, whose warm manner made the stay nicer. Everything was kept tidy and clean, too. I don’t have any complaints. Just keep the price and category in mind: this isn’t a luxury hotel, and it doesn’t claim to be. For what it offers, it’s very good. If you want somewhere clean and friendly, this is a good choice.

Dilek, Havva, Nevzat Bey, and the rest of the team feel like family to us. That’s a big reason we keep choosing Demirözü for day trips and longer stays, even though we own two houses nearby. It feels like our third home. The rooms, buildings, and furnishings are all brand new and spotless. There’s too much to list, but we always leave happy and at ease.

It was a quiet, peaceful stay, and breakfast was decent. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, and there was some parking available. We had a nice time.
