The convenient location and the service both exceeded what I expected. Staff were welcoming and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. I had a wonderful stay at Inegöl Royal Hotel. Highly recommend it for business or leisure.

The hotel itself is fine, but our stay was overshadowed by Mehtap's manner. Before arriving at the Royal Hotel İnegöl, we called to ask about early check-in. The woman on the phone, Mehtap, sighed right away and made remarks she seemed to think we wouldn't understand, including “allahim Yarabi.” It came across as rude and not at all customer-friendly. A simple “no, that's not possible” would have been enough. When we got there, she was unfriendly and unhelpful again. Guests should be spoken to politely and given basic customer service. We didn't get that, and the experience was very disappointing.

The room was much bigger than I expected, with lots of space. The cracked basin and the bath, which wasn't very clean, were the things that let it down.

The welcome at check-in was so kind, and the young man working in the restaurant was kind too. The ABLA :) who cleaned my room was always smiling. Thank you all for the amazing hospitality, good breakfast, and kind staff. All the best 🙌🔝

The bathroom and bed were clean, breakfast was standard, the parking was private, and the staff were friendly. But the renovation feels old, the room was smoky, and the windows didn't keep out street noise well. Cars seemed to be driving constantly, so it was hard to sleep at night. I think the hotel was good 10-20 years ago. At 80 euros a night, the room feels expensive, though it's perfectly OK for an overnight stay.
