After a long journey with two elderly family members, we arrived expecting the confirmed booking I had made through Booking for two rooms and a living room. Instead, they asked us to inspect the rooms, then told us the reservation couldn't be honored and offered only a triple room, saying the space was the same. The front desk response was simply, “This is all we have,” with no apology or attempt to sort it out. It was an extremely disappointing experience and left me questioning the hotel's credibility and professionalism. I strongly advise against staying here, and I plan to take formal action to seek compensation.

The staff are really calm, which is exactly what I needed, and the reception people were very kind. I was hungry but didn't have a Turkish phone number, so they helped me place an order and called for me. For the price, I think this hotel is worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable, and everyone made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the hospitality. I'd happily come back on my next visit to Trabzon. Highly recommend it!

I've booked these apartments twice now, and I do recommend them. They're about 6 minutes from TZX airport, with spacious rooms and a nice sea view. Breakfast would be a good addition, and the rooms could use newer furniture and a few bathroom accessories.

We spent four nights here. The omelet was very nice, with a lovely sea view, and the staff were genuinely friendly. Highly recommend 👌.
