The meals were a real highlight, with plenty of delicious food at both breakfast and dinner. Our suite was huge and felt very luxurious for the price, so it was excellent value. The staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating. We especially enjoyed meeting Mustafa, the director of operations. He was a wonderful, engaging professional, and the organization is lucky to have him.

Nur hn., the public relations manager, was so helpful and took care of all our needs. We came here for the first time and found the rooms spacious, each with a large hot tub, and the whole place was very clean. There’s a big central outdoor area for walks, plus picnic spots and playgrounds. A great place to unwind for a weekend, especially with kids. I highly recommend it.

We were traveling with a baby, and the hotel worked well for us. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The thermal pool area was great, and we loved having a large bathtub with thermal water in the room too. Karatay Termal Köyü is peaceful, and we had a flawless holiday and a good break from everyday stress. Thank you for a lovely stay, especially Mr. Burhan Yurt.

The hot water was great for my muscles and skin, and I’d recommend the massage. It’s a great place, and everyone is nice and makes you feel important.
