We dropped in late at night looking for a room, and the staff helped us find one. It was spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was awesome, the gym was great, and the co-ed hammam was really good too. Lovely place, and I'd stay here again if I visit Isparta.

A good choice for a big family ski trip, with a partial view of the Davraz mountains. It's right in the city centre. The hotel has three saunas, a large pool, a fully equipped gym, massage services, and lots of restaurants. The luxurious pool is big and kept clean. Rooms were clean too, and the workers could communicate with foreigners using translator apps.

The rooms are big, even the single ones, and the aircon worked perfectly. Though there may be music and entertainment, you can't hear it once you're in your room. Breakfast has a big buffet selection, and the service was fantastic and prompt for the price. The staff were the best and so helpful, thanks to all of them for making this a great place to stay. It's also close to the bus station, shops, and restaurants.

The restaurant staff deserve five stars, they were professional and attentive to every little thing. I was also very pleased with the warm atmosphere in my room. But for five star hotel rates, management should keep a closer eye on service. Basic hygiene items like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cap for protecting your hair should be provided.
