A11 Exclusive Hotel

Mojdeh at reception was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, and the staff were polite and friendly. I was worried after reading the reviews and even considered cancelling, but the hotel turned out quite good, different from what I'd expected. There were a few small issues, though nothing I couldn't overlook. I was satisfied and would definitely return.

I arrived around 10 or 11 in the morning, even though check-in was meant to be at 14:00. Since my room was ready, the receptionist kindly let me in early. I was given a double room for the price of the single room I'd booked, which made me really happy 😍😍. It was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were friendly, especially the receptionist with glasses ✨, and they provided whatever I needed. Thanks for everything, guys 🥰

The photos make the hotel look nicer than it is, and the mattress was really uncomfortable. When I opened the shower door, it came off the wall. It looked like it had been attached with hot glue. I complained and got moved to another room, but that one didn't have a shower door at all.

Every room we saw smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the hotel was nothing like the advertised photos. We asked to switch rooms but were refused, so I booked elsewhere and requested a refund. After a long discussion, the receptionist said the full amount would be refunded the next day. No refund came. When I returned two days later to ask what happened, the administrator said they'd refunded only one night. They argued that the rooms looked “used” while we were on the phone with the booking service trying to sort things out.
