This lovely apartment is very well located, close to both Cihangir and Istiklal street. Mr. Cihan was professional throughout and helped us from check-in to check-out. We hit a bump when the gas company stopped the apartment's gas over what seemed to be a misunderstanding. They acted quickly and sorted it out. That kind of professionalism is usually something I'd expect from a big hotel, so I wanted to recognize it. Thanks, we'll call you guys again next time.

We had everything we needed in the apartment: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with dryer, comfortable bed, and nice bathrooms. We stayed five nights at AB Residences, and everything was perfect. The host was kind and friendly, replied to our request right away, and gave us helpful tips. Highly recommended!

The apartment was really clean, pretty, and nicely renovated. Its location is convenient too, just a few minutes on foot from cafes, groceries, and the metro, making it easy to get across the city to the main sites or take a Bosphorus cruise. The property manager was prompt, helpful, cordial, and accommodating.

Our apartment was number 3 on the third floor, in a block owned by AB Residence. There's a paid parking lot, an otopark, right in front. We left the car there for four days without moving it and paid around 60 euros. The apartment was spacious, with the living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms on the first level, each bedroom with its own bathroom. Upstairs there was another bedroom, bathroom, and terrace. It had a washing machine, large fridge, dishwasher, stove, and espresso machine. Some furniture could use a refresh, but it didn't get in the way of our stay. Taksim is very close, maybe 200 meters away, though the streets are steep, and there's a Carrefour market about 150 meters away. It stayed fairly quiet at night despite the central location. Every room had new inverter air-conditioning. A big plus was the property manager, Mr. Tolga, whose English was impeccable and who went above and beyond to help.
