Even in the rain, Burak went out of his way to help me arrange a delivery, and Amir helped me get a better taxi rate to the airport than I’d have found on my own. They both made sure I was well looked after. I had an amazing stay, and their thoughtful, genuinely hospitable service made a real difference. I’d happily return and recommend the hotel.

The positives were that the hotel is close to Taksim Square, the breakfast tasted good, and the breakfast staff were polite. Everything else was poorly managed, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with a family or in winter. I was there for five days with my children while it was snowing, but the hotel was freezing. The heating only worked for two of those days, and one day the room wasn’t cleaned. A bed was broken from the start, and it took the hotel two days to replace it. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and didn’t work at all for a whole day. Communication was hard too, since my children don’t speak English and I had to use Google Translate to explain basic problems. A horrible experience.

I had a 13-hour layover and stayed here with my son Noah. The receptionists and one of their wives were really nice and played with Noah. I’ve forgotten their names. They also taught me how to dance kurdish. I’d love to stay here again.
