The bedding was extremely comfortable, the room spotless, and breakfast delicious. The whole team was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special congratulations to the director, who is so involved, friendly, and close to the guests. She takes time every day to listen and talk, and makes sure everyone feels welcome. That really makes a difference. This hotel brings together comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional human warmth. Well done to the team, especially the director for her commitment!

The owner was so kind to everyone and made the place feel simple and homey. On the second day, the person who serviced our room left us a beautiful gift, rose petals and flowers on the bed with decorative sheet designs to match. The first day, one of the chefs let me go up to the rooftop, where the views were amazing. Breakfast was top notch, with lots of traditional dishes to try. My favorite was the spicy sausage and eggs, called Sucuklu Yumurta. Everything was exceptional, from the cleanliness and staff to the food and the whole experience.

We only booked one night, but this was the best hotel we stayed at in Istanbul. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped, and they even gave us free welcome drinks. The location is convenient, close to everything and just 5 min from galata tower. Breakfast was delicious and nicely served with a beautiful rooftop view. The service was beyond amazing, with such helpful, lovely staff who paid close attention to details. Even the owner Zeynep made sure we were settled in and checked on us all the time. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooftop terrace had a nice view for sunset and while we ate the good breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location was handy for discovering Istanbul, with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The value was pretty good. The interior isn't especially memorable, but for the moderate price, it's a very good pick. We stayed 3 nights.
