Alaa El Din Hotel

The pool wasn't being monitored when guests came in intoxicated, and staff never brought tea or coffee despite our requests. The soap and shampoo dispensers in our bathroom were empty, the children's playroom was in very poor hygienic condition, and food and drinks were left out unsanitarily for long periods. Breakfast was short on many items, including basic things like tea, cheese, and eggs. There also seemed to be too few staff, and the four or five who were there were rude and disrespectful to guests. My family and I stayed for two weekend nights. The hotel looks like a five-star place in concept and appearance, but we ran into serious service and attention problems. These conditions are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I ask that our complaints be taken into consideration.

Really beautiful.
