Be careful. The positive reviews are fake. I booked through the agoda application based on the pictures, but the actual place was a completely different story. The apartment was extremely dirty, with nasty brown patches on the mattress and floor. The location was bad and the building felt scary. The staff were rude, and the cleaning lady had what looked like an active cold sore on her lip. I booked 7 nights but couldn't tolerate staying even 1 minute, and I couldn't get my money back. All the positive reviews are lies. The place is trash, literally.

The bed sheets were dirty, with blood on them, and I found bed bugs. The person who answered my call was rude and unprofessional. It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked two days but left after the first.

I stayed for 10 days and really liked the hotel. It was clean, and having a refrigerator and air conditioning in the room made it comfortable even in hot weather. Thanks as well for the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and could communicate in every language. I'm grateful for everything, and I'll come back when I visit Türkiye again. Best wishes 👍👍👍👍

We couldn't stay because the place was so awful. The air conditioner was broken and burned, the modem's wires had been removed, and there was no satellite. The stairs were very narrow, spiral, and dark, and only worked once you went up a floor. Just staying there for a few seconds was a real horror. We left and didn't even get our money back.
