The restaurant is on the top floor and has a really nice sea view. Service was professional and quick, and breakfast was average, with typical Turkish options. It's well located and rated four stars, though it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel in reality. The bathrooms need more thorough cleaning and maintenance.

After five nights at the Marmaray hotel, I'm checking out very pleased with the service. The staff were helpful, always smiling, and did their best to make us smile too. The place was clean, breakfast was good, and they were always there to support our needs. A big thank you to Ali and his team. The morning breakfast staff worked very hard and were so helpful. Thanks to Marmaray hotel for the great hospitality!

We tried the room for two and had no complaints, it was very comfortable. The service was quite good and they accommodated our requests. It's a decent hotel in central Istanbul. Being so centrally located means there's some noise, but we could still sleep peacefully at night.
