My two-year-old had a stomach ache and needed the toilet while we were walking past, so I politely asked at reception if he could use one. They first said they "don't have any," then told us "it's not allowed." We left and went to the hotel across the street. We were done in five minutes, and everything was fine. Of course hotels aren't public toilets, but a little common sense with a small child doesn't seem like too much to ask. This review is about the conduct of a young man at the front desk, who seemed to be working for holiday money rather than acting professionally. I'm not rating the amenities or anything else.

I was very pleased with my stay at Alpinn Hotel Istanbul. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It was easy to get around from the hotel's excellent location near many attractions. There was plenty to choose from at the very good breakfast, too. I'd definitely recommend it.

Ismail at reception was kind and helpful. I stayed a week while visiting from Michigan, America. The location was perfect, and although the rooms were clean, they were a little small.

The rooms are a little cramped, but the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. I especially liked how close it is to Istanbul’s monuments, just a short walk away. I’d happily recommend it.

The shower had good pressure, and having a bidet in the bathroom was a nice touch 😊. The room was clean, with bright lighting. I also liked that the main light switch was beside the bed, so turning everything off at night was easy. The bed felt too soft, though I was tired enough that it didn’t bother me much.
