I was traveling alone from the United States and recovering from surgery, so I was nervous about my first international trip. The stay turned out to be amazing. The rooms were quiet and everything was clean, while room service was a lifesaver. Adem, the housekeeper, was especially great. He cleaned up the mess from my recovery and kept bringing me several bottles of water, which helped a lot during surgery. Everyone spoke enough English for me to understand and feel comfortable. I loved the experience and would absolutely recommend staying here.

After a day in the city, I really appreciated how peaceful the hotel was. It’s an easy short walk to the Metro, with two bus stops nearby too, so getting around Istanbul was simple. I also got to try the Spa and Hamam, which felt luxurious. We booked through Amex Fine Hotel Collection, and it was well worth the visit. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the service staff were helpful, and everyone made us feel welcome. I’d definitely come back if I’m in Istanbul.

While I was unwell, housekeeping kindly brought extra tissues and water when cleaning my room. The staff were caring and attentive throughout, and the hotel looked well maintained and welcoming. The gym was very good for a hotel, and having a pool was a real bonus. I was recovering from surgery and expected to spend a lot of time in my comfortable, quiet, beautifully presented room. Since I speak English and struggled with most of the TV channels, the staff brought in an additional TV with a streaming device. That thoughtful gesture made recovery much easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it.

Zehra at the front desk made us feel welcome and gave excellent service. Burak was very helpful too, even offering to request an airport taxi. The hospitality and great views made the stay especially comfortable, and the location near capital mall was convenient. I used the Amex offer for a premium suite upgrade. My only regret is not staying longer.
