Armel Homes Beyoğlu

I booked five days but left early because the apartment didn't live up to my expectations or match the photos. The property was horribly maintained. The street was hard to reach, with lots of roadworks and a dusty, unsafe hill to go down. My flat was on the 3rd floor, reached by a very unsafe spiral staircase. Inside, the bed squeaked and was uncomfortable, with stains and long hair on the linen. The soundproofing was poor, water flow was awful, and there was an odd smell. The wiring wasn't up to standard: the socket by the bed was badly wired, and there was nowhere near the microwave to plug it in. After staying one night, I told the host I was disappointed and asked to check out. They asked me several times not to leave a bad review. They changed my reservation, then cancelled that amendment, and their messages were inconsistent and unprofessional. They focused on personal sentiments instead of the facts I had raised. Do not book here.
