EA Exclusive Hotel

The hotel's location was lovely, near the taxi area and Street Istiklyll, among the tourist spots. My wife and I visited Istanbul for the first time and chose this hotel. The lobby and room interiors were a pleasant surprise. The photos match what you get, though in person it looks even better. The building is small but cozy, the staff were friendly, and check-in went smoothly. We booked a room for two and liked it. It had disposable slippers, an electric kettle, and two cups. Each day they replenished the drinking water, two 0.5 L bottles, along with tea bags and instant coffee. The water pressure, hot and cold, was great. The room was cleaned daily and the bed made. I'm not sure whether the towels were changed, but they were neatly folded back in place. There was a faint sewage smell, though it barely registered and didn't bother anyone. Soundproofing was excellent, and we weren't disturbed by the neighbors at all.

The hotel is small and comfortable, with a cute boutique feel and a really welcoming atmosphere. It’s in a quiet spot, so there was no bar noise at night, but restaurants, grocery stores, transport and cultural attractions are all close by. Irfan bey and the rest of the staff were kind, quick to respond whenever we needed something, and made us feel very welcome. At checkout they gave us a lovely box of their homemade Turkish delight, or lokum, which was delicious. I’d happily stay here again. Thanks once more!

What stood out most was how thoughtful the staff were. I was welcomed with Turkish delight, and at checkout they gave me a little gift box. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff are friendly. My room was clean, and housekeeping replaced the bedding, towels and water each day. There was also free water, tea and a kettle in the room, and I had no problems with the water or other amenities. Breakfast was included and quite nice. It’s only a short walk from Taksim Square, and the hotel has a boutique luxury feel. The building and rooms are small, but the price is good for what you get. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to people visiting Istanbul.

The location worked really well for my 4-day, 3-night stay, especially with the Havaist Taksim bus stop so close. The staff were warm and helpful, and my room was exceptionally clean and smelled lovely. The hotel is beautifully designed too. Highly recommended.
