Ayasultan Boutique Hotel

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I liked that breakfast was mostly Turkish food. This is a pretty standard budget hotel in Istanbul. Our rooms were fine, clean, and fairly quiet, and the main sights are easy to reach on foot. One downside in February was that the heating didn't work in either of our rooms. Apart from that, I'd recommend the Ayasultan.

Abdul Qadir deserves a special mention. He was a wonderful host, and his kindness made the stay even nicer. The location made exploring easy, and everyone on staff was welcoming and quick to help. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a decent range to choose from. We had a very pleasant time at Ayasultan and would gladly return.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was okay, but I expected more after reading the reviews. The doors need attention because they don't shut properly and look rusty. My mom and I also found mold in the bathroom we stayed in.

The staff were all lovely and friendly, especially Muhammed and Enes, who were so helpful and service-minded. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well kept the hotel was for its location in the old part of Istanbul. It's ideally placed for the things we wanted to see and visit. Breakfast could be improved, but we were really satisfied with our stay at Ayasyltan Hotel.
