Besiktas Konuk Evi Boutique-hotel

I had to walk around the neighborhood asking the neighbors if anyone could contact the man at the front, because he locked me out at night. His service was very poor and he hadn't explained anything when I arrived. In the morning, he said I was supposed to let myself in by touching two wires together on the broken entrance system, something nobody had told me about. I asked if I could leave my bag there briefly while I got a coffee, and he told me no and to get out. The place is terrible. The rooms are awkward to reach, and it isn't clean.

We loved staying here!! The rooms were super tidy, and the staff were kind and really helpful. It's right in the center of Beshiktash, so it was easier to get around to anywhere 🫶🏻

Our room was pretty spacious and quiet, with new, comfortable decor. I especially liked the furniture. The receptionist was kind and very helpful. The hotel was better than we expected!

The room we were promised on booking wasn't available, and the one we got was far from clean. There was hair everywhere, no toilet paper, and the bedsheets hadn't been changed. The staff weren't friendly, and there were no COVID precautions. Avoid staying here as much as you can!
