Breakfast was European style and quite OK, and the small rooms were cleaned each day. It's a small boutique hotel in central Istanbul. I'd come back and strongly recommend it if you want to be close to well-known sights like Haghia Sophia, Topkapı Pałace, or Basilica cistern.

Benjamin made sure our needs were taken care of and kept the stay hassle-free, and the staff's hospitality was beyond what I expected. We booked a triple room and really enjoyed our time at Bestur Hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and adequately equipped. Breakfast was included, with plenty of tasty options. I'd wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I'll definitely return.

Benjamin really looks after you. He remembers your name and makes sure you have what you need, and can book a taxi at a lower price while helping you avoid being scammed. The service was kind and quick, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean, the location was quiet but very close to the city center and bazaar, and breakfast had a great variety. The shower head was high enough even for very tall people, Nederlanders van 2 meter dus.

The owner is helpful and always ready to offer advice, and reception is open around the clock. The price is fair, breakfast tasty and varied, and the rooms were clean and tidy, with towels, slippers, and shampoo provided. It's in a nice spot, just a five-minute walk from the T1 line. I'd choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

The hotel was really clean, with fresh and delicious breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff. It's in a great location near the tram station, shops, and restaurants.
