The street was noisy all night, but otherwise it’s a nice hotel. We stayed two nights, and the night staff member who checked us in was number one. They could at least put water in the room if they don’t provide coffee or tea.

We got such great attention from the hotel staff. They were extremely kind and helpful.

The room had no safe or minibar, though there was a refrigerator. The sheets and bathroom were clean, and breakfast was regular. The location is very good: Istiklal Cd. (Independence street) is a two-minute walk away, and Taksim square is about twenty minutes on foot.

⛔️⛔️⛔️ Don’t choose this hotel. It was just awful and dirty, and the night shift was unbelievably rude. The suite was bare, without glasses or a trash can, and there weren’t enough blankets. The bad experience meant we had to go around and come back very late.

For what it costs, it felt like a luxury hotel. The receptionists were polite, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The location was the best part. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it.
