It's filthy and awful. I swear, you could catch mushrooms or something there. Don't go, it's a waste of money. Even with so many reviews saying it's dirty inside, people still seem to choose it. Every room feels cursed.

The rooms were so filthy they felt unfit to stay in. There was no water or refreshments, and honestly, sleeping on a street bench seemed like the healthier option, even though I was paying for the room.

I keep coming back every couple of weeks when I'm in Izmir, and I've been a customer for years. The hotel has always felt quiet, comfortable, and clean, thanks to the warm, attentive welcome. It's the best in the area, and a suite hotel where I'd feel safe staying with my family. Big thanks to Mr. Emre and Mr. Davut, and to the management for the delicious treats. I went there to sleep, but staff woke me at dawn even though I still had six hours before departure. When I pointed that out, they apologized. I can put up with that sort of mistake, but not the way cleanliness is being neglected when it matters for people's health. The hygiene was at zero: the sheets were pitch black, and the curtains and toilet were filthy.
