I was sick and tired when I arrived, and a bit grumpy, though the staff didn't know why. Their kindness immediately made me smile. The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fridge. When I asked for fresh sheets and towels one day, they were happy to do it. My first Turkish breakfast was here, and it was the nicest one I had on the whole trip. This place really added to my Istanbul experience.

The night shift deserves special thanks, especially Burhan. He's one of a kind, always smiling, calm and kind, and ready to help. People like him make guests feel at home. I also want to thank Mr. Murat, the owner, for being kind and putting together such a good team. At Hotel Bona Sera, the whole staff are warm, helpful, and incredibly kind. The women working there take real care with the rooms, food, and upkeep. Everything was spotless, fresh, and lovingly maintained, and they deserve the highest respect. I had one of my best experiences here. It feels like everything is done with heart, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, clean, welcoming place in the heart of Istanbul. I'll be back. Thank you for everything! 🙏❤️

We enjoyed drinks and watched matches in the evenings, and breakfast was fresh and tasty in a pleasant setting. The rooms were clean and tidy, with the bed linen and towels changed daily. Mr. Haci at reception was especially kind, professional, and helpful. Bonna Serra Hotel is in a great spot in the heart of Fatih for shopping and seeing historical landmarks. The service was high quality for a very affordable price. Highly recommended!
