The location is wonderful, right in the heart of Istanbul, and it’s easy to feel warm and safe while enjoying the city. A big thank you to all the hotel staff, especially Muhammad at reception. He was professional and made us feel like family. Thanks as well to the man in the restaurant on the first floor, not the terrace, and the young guy. I’d tell everyone to come here, you won’t regret it. :)

Charm has a great atmosphere, delicious food, and clean, very comfortable rooms. It’s right in the heart of Istanbul, close to everywhere, and I’d definitely recommend it. The terrace especially is stunning, both the views and the decor. Arat and Saad gave excellent customer service and were very helpful. I felt so welcome.

We had lunch here one day while staying in Istanbul, and the food was incredible. Even a simple chicken and fries dish felt like a cultural experience. The more elaborate dishes were cooked right in front of us, with a little flavorful show. The staff and waiters were very nice, and the whole experience was delightful.

We wanted somewhere quiet near our hotel to sit and talk, so we stopped in for an evening drink and a snack. The decor was charming, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The snacks tasted great, and there was a good choice of drinks, including Raki and different gins.
