Comfort Point

The housekeeping lady did an excellent job keeping my room clean, and the location was handy, with plenty of food places, shops, and cafes nearby. The beach was about a 30-minute walk away. I stayed five nights, but getting to sleep was hard because the hotel is right beside a busy carriageway. Cars and sirens made noise all night. Breakfast was bland and inconsistent, with plates or cutlery missing on different mornings. The room was large, though the small single bed in it seemed odd.

Serdar was kind, upbeat, and always ready to help or offer advice whenever I asked. The service was great and the stay was pleasant. I’m giving four stars because of the indoor smoking. The smell can be uncomfortable if you don’t smoke, so it would be better if smoking weren’t allowed inside. More variety at breakfast, with options changing each day, would also be a nice touch. 🍀✨️

We were there for business in that part of Istanbul and were happy with the service. The staff were polite and tried to help with any questions or requests. Not everyone spoke English, but they used Google Translate, so we could communicate without a problem. We stayed for a week, four people and two dogs split between two rooms. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was filling, but it was the same traditional Turkish breakfast every day. By the third day it was getting boring, so we’d recommend changing it up.

The staff were really nice, and Murat was polite and hospitable. I enjoyed the traditional Turkish breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, and the rooms are small. There was also a bad smell inside, and someone was smoking on the floor. If you need somewhere to recover after treatments, you could choose this hotel.
