Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City

Berna was especially kind and supportive, always ready to help with a smile, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The staff were polite and professional, and the hotel felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was cozy and well kept, everything worked properly, and the place was clean, comfortable, and organized. It exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend it for a friendly atmosphere and good service, and would happily stay again.

The suites on the 7th floor were comfortable and well maintained, and we had a wonderful stay at Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City. The restaurant team made breakfast especially enjoyable for our big family. Natali and Erguvan greeted us warmly each morning, helped however they could, and were so caring with our little baby Olivia. They even entertained us and our child, so spending an hour or two there was a pleasure. Samet at reception was friendly and offered helpful recommendations. Thanks as well to Fatma, Abdullah and Yigit. Seher from housekeeping was kind and welcoming, and cleaned the rooms thoroughly and consistently. The restaurant, reception, and housekeeping teams all made us feel at home. Thank you for a lovely experience! Family with baby Olivia ❤️

We used tram T1 to get to the town centre each day. It was convenient, although the trams could get crowded during rush hour. The hotel itself was decent and not too far from town, and the service was good. The catering team was very good too, especially Erguvan and Ferhat, who were always smiling.

The hotel is simple, but very clean, and the room was spotless. Seher did a wonderful job cleaning and was very friendly. The breakfast service ladies were lovely as well, and the lobby staff made check-in smooth and professional. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, and the location is excellent. The staff were wonderful. Highly recommended!
