The beds were comfortable, and otherwise the hotel was perfect. But we booked a terrace room and regretted it: noise from the units on the roof kept us awake all four nights. I mentioned it at reception three times, but no solution or room move was offered. What a shame 😢

The walls are pretty thin, so you’ll hear noise from outside all night. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. Breakfast changed every day, and the coffee and tea were delicious.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast staff were always happy to help. The reception staff, though, seemed unhappy to be at work and only cheerful when they were selling something. Our TV didn’t work, and we only found out at the end of the trip that the door couldn’t be locked.

After a tour, we spent 3 nights here to recharge before heading home. The host was friendly and shared suggestions and recommendations. Breakfast was great, the staff attentive, and the location great.

The staff were very pleasant and exceptionally kind. Breakfast comes from the attached restaurant, with lots of options, all of them tasty. It’s an easy walk from the airport bus HV-11 stop in Sultanahmet. I highly recommend it.
